I’m Erica, the practitioner and founder behind SoFlo Reiki. My journey with energy began as a deeply personal exploration. I have a curiosity about the unseen forces that shape our emotions, our health, and our sense of connection. Along the way, I’ve trained in both core shamanic practices and traditional Usui Reiki, studying how ancient healing lineages and modern energy medicine intersect to support transformation, balance, and wholeness.

Over time, I’ve seen again and again that energy work isn’t something “mystical” or reserved for a select few. It’s a natural part of being human. We are all energetic beings, and we all have the power to shift, heal, and evolve from within. My mission is to make that truth accessible and approachable, to demystify energy healing and offer it as a practical, playful, and deeply transformative tool for everyday life.
